Stephanie has 17 years of industry experience, spanning executive search, recruitment, career coaching and lecturing.

 

She is a specialist in design and creative roles, having worked on numerous searches for Creative Directors, Heads of Design, Senior Designers,
Product & Collection Developers, across ready to wear, knit, footwear,
bags and accessories.

 

Steph began her career in 2001 with the London based boutique search firm, Denza, where she remained for 6 years before joining American recruiters,
24 Seven, where she was hired to build the design division of their first European office.

 

In 2009, Stephanie launched a successful fashion careers consultancy and mentoring service for young designers, this included regular talks, lectures and portfolio workshops at leading fashion universities and colleges, such as London College of Fashion, University of Westminster and Ravensbourne.

 

During this time, Steph also wrote a best-selling fashion careers guidebook which went on to be developed into a series of workshops for students, working in conjunction with the Fashion & Textile Museum in London.

 

Stephanie resumed her headhunting career in 2012, specialising solely in executive search for the luxury market.

Kat Nadj

Kat has 13 years of industry experience, having worked both in-house
and agency side.

 

After having set up her own womenswear label “Dahlia” for 4 years,
2003 saw Kat move to the Soho House Group, at the time a small business with just three locations. Here she worked supporting the Founder as well
as the Marketing Director on developing the Cowshed brand.

 

In 2006, Kat joined Kering, (formerly Gucci Group/ PPR) in a Senior HR capacity. Kat operated within and headed part of the group’s global talent acquisition function, specialising in design and creative talent and she
focused on building teams and structures to enable growth. 

 

During this time, she was invited to become a judge of the internationally acclaimed ‘ITS’ awards (International Talent Support) and continues to
support creative talent, working with international design schools.

 

Kat moved to Lewis Alexander Executive Search in 2015 to manage the design and creative practice. Here she covered both creative executive searches from director level through senior designers and worked on corresponding consulting services such as team and organisational structure design. Kat also served as a member of the board.
